My method is to use your own body weight to create a beautiful, healthy & lean body by mixing sculpting exercises with cardio.
Each of my workouts are full body movements but lower impact to protect the body. These exercises are designed to really work your inner core and push your body to be able to hold positions & movements.
These workouts will be safe for anyone, I have also designed these workouts for new mama’s that have recently completed my postpartum program so that they can keep on a healthy fitness journey.
From beginners to advanced, these workouts are for any level. I am mindful of the different needs of everyone, so I do give modifications during the workouts which can help if you are newly postpartum. However I would recommend if you are newly postpartum please contact me first before purchasing and checking out my postpartum program here so I can ensure you find something suitable to keep you exercising safely.
My workout library also contains a whole section dedicated to pregnancy-safe workouts.

How does the RoxyFit Lean & Tone work?
Once you have purchased the monthly subscription you will be given a password via email which will give you access to all of my workouts in the video library.
The workouts are a mixture of barre, cardio, sculpt and pilates. I add a new workout to the library every single month, whether its a 45min full body sweat or a short, sharp 15min arms and abs blitz, there will be plenty of variety for you to choose from.
Having each workout targeting different muscle groups but using the same methods will really help you see and feel the results you were looking for!
