Postpartum Program

Are you a mama who wants to feel confident in your own skin again? Perform exercises with strength and confidence?

If you feel ready to do something for yourself again but need the right direction and motivation then you have come to the right place!

As a new mom myself, I know how hard it can be to get back to exercising and feeling confident again, so I designed my own program which I put my own body through and felt the amazing benefits of it, and now I want to help you feel the same.

My 12 week program is split into two levels.

You can either purchase the Combined Program (which will get you both Level 1 and 2) along with recipes to help with postnatal healing & my eat smart guide. There is also the option to purchase Level 1 & Level 2 separately.

I also now offer a VIP option in which you will receive a 1:1 consultation with myself, plus a check in call between levels. In the 1:1 personal consultation we discuss your goals and what you would like to achieve, as well as more practical advice on training around your baby's schedule, nutrition and how to exercise safely with the correct technique. It is also a chance for you to ask questions about your journey.

Level 1

Level 1 is designed for women who are ready to start exercising again for the first time after birth. In this 6 week program you will receive:

♥ A video on how to activate your inner core to get that stomach toned again.

♥ Core follow along workout to get abdominal strength and definition

♥ A mini core strengthener workout using a yoga block

♥ Cardio follow along workout to help with weight loss and to get fit again

♥ Toning follow along workout to help re-build strength and lean muscle tone

♥ Barre follow along to feel lean & toned whilst working the core

♥ Glute follow along workout to help get your shape back and prevent injury

♥ Cardio core workout to build your endurance whilst working your abdominals

♥ Stretch & Foam roller workout to help your body recovery & injury prevention

♥ Weekly workout schedule to follow along

LEVEL 2

Level 2 builds on Level 1 for the next 6-12 weeks of your recovery.

In this program we start to introduce weights & resistance bands. You will receive more intense follow along workouts which are still safe for your recovery. Including the following:

♥ Cardio

♥ Core

♥ Glutes using resistance bands

♥ Toning using dumbbells

♥ Barre

♥ Stretch & flow

♥ A weekly workout schedule to follow
