Make Your Own Muesli (Vegan, Healthy & Easy!)

Starting your day with a healthy, delicious breakfast is so important. You need energy first thing in the morning, and my muesli recipe will ensure you’re able to start your day off right!

This recipe was made with mama’s in mind, I know how hard it is to be able to make time for breakfast. Some mornings you just want to grab a coffee and go (or just get yourself and your little ones out of the door!) but this super simple recipe can be prepared in advance and is full of goodness.

Ingredients

1 cups of raw almonds. 

1/2 cup of raw, unsalted sunflower seeds (shelled) 

1/2 cup of raw, unsalted pumpkin seeds. 

1/2 cup of hazelnuts (or any other flavourful nut) 

1/2 cup of chia seeds. 

1/2 cup of unsweetened coconut flakes. 

1 cup of oats

Method

  1. Mix all of your ingredients in a large bowl

  2. Refrigerate overnight

  3. In the morning top with fresh fruit or any other superfoods you may have in your cupboards. My go-to is raw cacao, cinnamon and a handful of bluberries or raspberries.
