Join Roxy for a pregnancy safe exercise and stretch session jam packed with simple exercises that will help you feel good during your pregnancy but also help prepare your for your abdominal birth.
Learn in this class the most effective exercises and stretches to help your body prepare for your C-Section recovery and help your body stay strong, healthy and mobile whilst pregnant. Roxy will take you through a workout that will target your key muscle groups and core. She will then finish with a relaxing and essential stretch routine which will make you leave the class feeling energised, confident & lean.

All you will need is a mat, comfortable clothing and water.
