This masterclass is suitable for anyone who has had a C-section and is in their early postpartum stages and wants to feel confident and learn the safe and most effective ways to recover and get fit, toned and strong after having a baby. I will show you exactly how to activate and get your core strong again. Which will really help with your overhang, posture, numbness and pain. You will leave feeling more connected to your tummy and scar, confident about exercising again and feel better about your post-natal body.

WHY THIS CLASS?
So many women tell us they struggle with confidence and are unsure of how to start exercise again post birth. In this class Roxy will make this very clear so that you leave feeling confident and excited to exercise again. We are also told that they don’t like their post-birth tummy and find it hard to touch and connect with it. In this class you will be making the positive steps so you can change that mindset about your body. In this class Join Roxy for a 30min workout that will help you activate and strengthen your core and key muscles in your body to support it after having a C-section. She will help you understand how to draw in your core and build strength which aids in helping to reduce your C-section ‘overhang’. Roxy will also be taking you through guided stretches that help mobilize the body again and help support your posture. After the workout Roxy will open the class to a live Q&A so this gives you a chance to ask her some more questions to help and support you with your recovery. You will leave feeling confident, energized and empowered and ready to continue your C-section recovery journey. I am very excited to help you mama's feel body beautiful inside and out again :).
