As a new mom myself, I know how hard it can be to get back exercising and feeling confident again, so I designed my own program which I put my own body through and felt amazing and it’s fabulous benefits and now want to help you feel the same.

Level 1

Level 1 is designed for women who are ready to start exercising again for the first time after birth and have been signed off by the doctor. In this 6 week program you will receive:

♥ A one-on-one personal consultation to discuss your goals and what you would like to achieve, as well as more practical advice on training around your baby's schedule, nutrition and how to exercise safely.

♥ Video on how to activate your inner core to get that stomach toned again.

♥ Cardio follow along workout to help with weight loss and to get fit again

♥ Glute follow along workout to help get your shape back and prevent injury

♥ Core follow along workout to get abdominal strength and definition

♥A Mini core strengthener workout using a yoga block

♥Toning follow along workout to help re-build strength and lean muscle tone

♥Barre follow along to feel lean & toned whilst working the core.

♥Cardio core workout to build your endurance whilst working your abdominals

♥Stretch & Foam roller workout to help your body recovery & injury prevention

♥A weekly workout schedule to follow

♥Postpartum healing recipes and eat smart guide

Level 2

♥ Level 2 builds on Level 1 for the next 6-12 weeks of your recovery.

♥ In this program we start to introduce weights & resistance bands. You will receive more intense follow along workouts which are still safe for your recovery. Including the following

♥Cardio

♥ Core

♥Glutes using resistance bands

♥Toning using dumbbells

♥Barre

♥Stretch & flow

♥A weekly workout schedule to follow
